At Daph Beauty Supply LLC, We strive to provide high-quality hair and beauty products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of hair and beauty products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 2 days of the delivery date.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on wigs, hair extensions, cosmetics, or skincare items that have been opened, worn, or used.

• Clearance, final sale, or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

. Contact our customer service team at support@daphbeautysupply.com  or 407 484 8508  with your order number and reason for return.

. If eligible, we will provide you with a return  authorisation  number and instructions for returning the item.

. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 2 to 7  business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.

• If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product), we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@daphbeautysupply.com within 2  days of receiving your order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
