1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 5PM Eastern Time will be processed the next business day.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.

Some beauty products (e.g., aerosols, flammable items) may be subject to shipping restrictions based on local regulations.

5. International Shipping

International shipping is available for select locations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Delivery times for international orders vary and may take 2-5 weeks.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 Daph Beauty Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments due to carrier issues.

If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly and provide your tracking number.

If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
